Carl Jung: This is grief. Grief for the life not lived.

Grief for the words not spoken. Grief for the love not given and not received. This grief is not your enemy. It is the doorway. To walk through it, you must stop running. You must sit down in the middle of the afternoon and let yourself feel the weight of everything you have carried and everything you have avoided. This is not weakness. This is the beginning of wisdom.
The task of the second half of life is not to achieve more. It is to become more. It is not to expand outward, but to descend inward. What do I actually want?
So perhaps today, instead of asking “What should I do with the rest of my life?”, you could ask a deeper question: Who is the person I have been too busy to become? What would it mean to finally, fully, give myself permission to be that person?
You came this far to become someone. Someone true. Someone free. Someone who no longer performs for a world that was never watching. Someone who has learned that meaning is not found. It is made. Made from the raw material of your own honesty. Made from the courage to stop pretending. Made from the willingness to finally, fully, become who you truly are.

Proposal

Send you a basic temperament questionnaire where we both get to know the true you.

2. Session two

That is firstly not healthy, and secondly not the way it is suppose to be, and not sustainable.

We will go through the Kubler Ross model and see how much of this applies to you, and what of the content applies to your feelings and emotions.

This will include to leverage on your:

  • Internal strengths and resources
  • Enhance your resilience (ability to fight and bounce back)
  • A road map for staying or existing the relationship, and be better and safe.

We will mutually and collaboratively design:

  • Healthy boundaries that you will set.
  • A road map with key success factors and deliverables
  • Constraints, risk and barriers, to get to becoming the best and ideal version of yourself

Add two more questionnaires to assist with personal growth and development to look at your personality and make up of the rest of your psychodynamics. This an MBTI assessment or Jungian 16 -Type personality assessment.
